About me, well.. I have always loved food. The main problem was that I always indulged in food which would expand my waistline. When I was younger, I always tried to control my weight, however, I thought healthy food was disgusting.It was not long ago now that I started to control my diet. I experimented a lot as I love to watch cooking channels and I am constantly googling healthy foods and thinking of ways to make them healthier.
I came up with this blog because I know that there are many people like me, who want to be as healthy as possible, however they do not want to compromise their taste buds.
There are so many children who hate healthy food due to the fact that they believe that it is repugnant, I am here to change this perception. The main concept of my blog is making delicious food, which is also healthy and people from all ages, gender and ethnicity would enjoy. I post meals, smoothies etc. I am trying to work towards making my own personal recipes, obviously, influenced by others.
